The COMPASS Organizational Change Management and Communications Team will inform, engage, prepare and integrate the UF community and any additional impacted audiences in adoption and transition to new systems in COMPASS, its elements and related projects.

The objectives of COMPASS OCM/Communications are:

  • To supplement engagement and information dissemination efforts by staff in Training and COMPASS teams to ensure all audiences are informed, engaged and prepared
  • To identify and maximize outreach through communication channels
  • To create a general level of awareness regarding COMPASS and its related elements and aspects within the University of Florida community
  • To involved and consult with campus leaders, opinion leaders and communicators in change management efforts
