UF COMPASS Update is a periodic newsletter to share COMPASS information and updates among program participants and stakeholders in core offices and academic units.
As a multi-year effort to modernize and unify UF’s student services systems, COMPASS will involve a lot of big and small steps to move UF through development and implementation.
The Update will track these steps, keeping you informed of program progress, developmental highlights, opportunities for input and engagement, important dates and much more.
In this first issue of the Update, we will focus on COMPASS-SIS (Student Information System), which was kicked off in late February. COMPASS-SIS will replace ISIS, a customized mainframe system.
Do you have suggestions for future content or questions about information shared here or on the COMPASS website? If so, please contact us at UFfirstname.lastname@example.org. Share the Update with your colleagues; or better still, suggest they subscribe to receive their own copy.
