Gator360 (Constituent Relationship Management)

Gator360, UF's constituent relationship management (CRM) system, will be designed to track student relationships and make records about those relationships and contacts quickly and easily accessible. It will be designed to map the way students (and others as needed) interact with UF—even when those interactions overlap.

At UF, Gator360 will replace the existing systems that are used to manage prospecting and recruiting activities, streamline processes that are managed in different systems, and centralize data and consolidate processing for each prospective student throughout the prospect to admission cycle.
